These terms govern your use of the vellix.ai website, operated by Vellix AI LLC ("Vellix AI," "we," "us"), a Kentucky limited liability company. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
vellix.ai is an informational and marketing website. Content here describes our products and services generally; it is not medical, legal, billing, or coding advice, and it is not a contract. Nothing on this site creates a customer relationship with us.
Products and services are governed by their own agreements
Use of our products (including DenialIQ and its related capabilities), pilot programs, and any custom automation engagement is governed by the separate written agreements between Vellix AI LLC and each customer — including, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements covering protected health information. Those agreements, not these website terms, control the services.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Don't scrape or republish site content at scale for commercial purposes without permission. (Search engine and AI-assistant indexing of public pages is welcome — see our robots.txt.)
- Don't submit forms with false identity information or on behalf of someone without their consent.
- Never submit protected health information through this site's forms. They are not a secure channel for PHI and are not covered by any Business Associate Agreement.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, logos, and marks (including "Vellix AI" and "DenialIQ") belong to Vellix AI LLC. You may view and share links to the site freely; you may not use our marks or copy substantial portions of the site without permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party websites and relies on service providers to operate (such as our website hosting provider, whose infrastructure also delivers form submissions to us by email). Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep the information current and accurate, but we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy, or availability, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellix AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies to website use only; liability under product or service agreements is addressed in those agreements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute over them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
