Vellix Business OS
Standard Edition.
The version of Vellix Business OS for everyday business, where no patient health information is involved.
In private testing. The core platform is built and tested. The complete customer product is still in development and is not available yet.
Standard Edition is the version of Vellix Business OS for everyday business: the Blueprint, the jobs, the sign-offs, the record-keeping and the cost tracking described across this site. It is for companies whose work does not involve patient health information. Patient health information is not allowed in Standard Edition. Standard and the planned Healthcare Edition are two versions of the same thing, not two unrelated systems.
Where it stands
What "in private testing" actually means.
The core is built and tested. Each release is locked down and has to pass its full set of automated checks before we call it finished. It runs only in our own private test environment, on made-up data, and no customer uses it. The complete customer product is still in development and is not available yet.
In private testing. How a Blueprint is put together, including the conversation with the onboarding assistant, how a job runs, who can reach what, where it stops for sign-off, the record with a name against each action, and the AI cost accounting. All built, checked automatically on every release, and running only in our private test environment on made-up data.
Not available. Sign-in for real customers is deliberately not open yet; the only accounts are our own test accounts. There is no way for a customer to reach a live system today. It opens when it clears our own security bar.
Prohibited. It may not go into Standard Edition at all. Healthcare work belongs to DenialIQ today, and to the planned Healthcare Edition later.
Who it's for
Built for the businesses software forgot.
Small and mid-size businesses. The owner-run company where the founder is holding the whole thing together in their head, and the growing firm where how-we-do-it lives with two or three people.
If your week goes on re-explaining how things are done, chasing work across tools that don't talk to each other, or double-checking what an "AI assistant" just did, Standard Edition is being built for you. Design partners help shape it around real work, and we are looking for them now.
Start with one job.
Apply as a design partner, or ask for a Business Blueprint assessment. Either way it's a straight conversation about how your company runs, and what this would actually change.
