Vellix Business OS
The Business Operating System for the AI Era.
Designed to connect your knowledge, people, processes and systems—then carry work between them under rules you approve.
The core platform is built and tested. The complete customer product is still in development and is not available yet.
Knowledge, people, processes and systems flow into Vellix Business OS, where the Business Blueprint coordinates them. Work then runs by your rules, stops for human approval where required, and leaves a record of what happened.
The problem
Your software holds the pieces. People carry the work between them.
You have already bought the software. What is missing is not another app. It is someone to run the business in between them.
The operating foundation
One written model of how your company works.
One approved Blueprint gives every job the same current instructions. You describe your business to the onboarding assistant in conversation. It is designed to read back what it understood, and nothing is added until you correct and approve it. Your own systems stay the official record.
One job, end to end
A new-customer invoice, from arrival to record.
We picked an invoice on purpose; the same shape fits a quote, a renewal, or a new hire.
- 01
Work arrives
A request comes in by email, and starts a job you approved in advance.
- 02
Relevant context is gathered
The details are pulled from whichever system actually owns them — not re-typed from three places.
- 03
Current company rules are applied
Your rules are applied, including the pricing rule that is current today. AI drafts the invoice. Drafting only.
- 04
A person approves a sensitive action
It is over your limit, so the job stops and waits for the person you named to sign off.
- 05
Work continues
Once approved, the work lands in your own accounting system — the one that owns that record.
- 06
The result is recorded
What happened, who approved it, which rule applied, and what it cost.
This shows how it is designed to work, not a screenshot: the complete customer product is still in development.
Approving is a separate step from the AI work being approved, so an AI step is not given the ability to approve its own. Nothing rewrites your Blueprint on its own, and nothing changes quietly.
Where owners start
The jobs this is built for.
Not tied to one industry or one department: a job is something your company does over and over.
“Only one person knows how we handle this.”
“I cannot tell what has been approved and what is still waiting.”
“Onboarding happens a different way every time.”
Examples of what owners tell us, not customer quotations.
Customer follow-up, scheduling, onboarding, recurring reporting — what a job is, in full
Products & editions
What exists today, and what's planned.
Every product page carries a status label. If a page doesn't say something is available, it isn't.
Standard Edition: in development Healthcare Edition: planned DenialIQ: pilot program
-
In private testing
Business OS · Standard Edition
The everyday version. The foundation is built and tested; the finished customer product is still in development. Patient health information is not allowed in Standard Edition.
-
Planned
Business OS · Healthcare Edition
A future version built for healthcare's stricter rules, switched on separately. It is planned, it is not available today, and we make no HIPAA compliance claim for it.
-
Pilot
DenialIQ
Our healthcare product, in a pilot program today. AI drafts appeals for denied insurance claims, and a person on your billing team approves every letter before it goes out. PreventIQ and ReclaimIQ are built-in parts of DenialIQ, not separate products.
DenialIQ is a separate product today. Connecting it to Business OS is a planned direction, not something that exists.
Bring us the workflow that eats your week.
Pick the one job that is expensive, repetitive, or just plain annoying. We'll look at it with you and tell you straight whether Vellix would help. A no costs you nothing.
Design partners bring one real workflow and help shape how it is built. A consultation is the shorter version of the same conversation.
